When are you open?

We are open Monday-Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm. We are closed on Sundays, public holidays, and Carnival of Flowers parade day each Spring. Opening Hours are Seasonal and subject to change in the cooler months.

No, we are a family-owned business. We're not affiliated with any of the big box buyers.

Yes, we offer professional picture framing services. We can frame almost anything, just ask us.

Can you remake my old frame?

Sorry we don’t cut old glass or cut down old picture frames, but we are happy to give you advice on how to make the most of the frames you have or create a new custom picture frame from our range of quality materials.

Can you tell me how much my art piece is worth?

No, we cannot give valuations for your artworks or collectors' items as we are not a licensed art dealer or antique trader.

Do you do vouchers?

Yes, we sell Murray's gift certificates, there is no minimum amount and they are valid for 5 years. Gift certificates can be used for framing and in our art shop.

We try our best to stock the art supplies our customers need, but due to servicing a high volume of clients across the region we cannot guarantee the item you are searching for will always be on our shelves. If you are making your way to see us for a particular item, you are welcome to call ahead to check.

If we haven't got what you want we might be able to order it for you. Check with our helpful staff if you can’t find an item in store, or call us today. We also accept email enquires.

Can I walk through from/to Grand Central Shopping Centre?

Sorry, no, only our classroom opens to Duggan Street. Our shop is only accessible via the Ruthven Street entrance.

Can you post that to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We definitely do postal orders! We can also deliver in Toowoomba and if you live in Western Queensland we can send boxes of products to you on the bus.

Although, we cannot post isopropyl alcohol, aerosols, or anything else that is outside the safety guidelines of Australia Post.
