Faber-Castell 9000

A genuinely classic pencil, the Castell 9000 was launched by Count Alexander von Faber-Castell in 1905. Its quality and finely graduated degrees of hardness have made it a firm favourite with artists and illustrators. Its lead is fully bonded with the wood surround and is therefore particularly break-resistant.*

These graphite pencils are available individually in 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B,5B, 6B, 7B, and 8B. The marking “H” is to indicate a hard pencil and letter “B” to designate the blackness of the pencil’s mark due to a softer lead. Numbers are used to indicate a scale of lead hardness.

Faber-Castell Pitt Graphite Pencils Sets

Derwent Inktense Blocks
A combination of the brilliant colours of Inktense pencils with the freedom of blocks making it easy to cover large areas really quickly. You can use these watercolour blocks dry or add water to create deep, intense colour washes.
